Meteor shower 12th august

Night time up the local fields , What a great night first time i had really got into photographing the night sky ,I had just played about at it before ,But know got the bug there was light pollution where i was but going to go up the peaks next time where there is none at all
I had just set up and caught this one 1st shot must have been lucky then checked my settings and found out it was the  wrong appeture f 18 instead of f4
So  a change of appetite to f4 this was the result shows light pollution but top right hand side  one breaking through the atmosphere 2nd time lucky , This photo shows the plough star formation
Had a great time up in the fields taking these ,Midnight took this one at the start of the footpath with the sign post showing ,But its given me some great ideas for the next session of night photography
many thanks for viewing and hope you enjoyed my little jaunt up the fields
