Sunset 

Saturday night sunset Ripley, 
  Had a look at the sky Saturday night and thought yes its going to be a great sunset looking at the clouds forming and the colours just right ,
So grabed my bag and off over the fields to my favourite spot 
 Set up was tripod, Canon 1d mk4 ,lens 24 -105 mm, getting used to this lens know , screw in filters, also Hi tech filter holder with 100x150 Zomei filters ,
  result was
   This one was featured on the weather on B.B.C.weather news Sunday night 

Took this one using nd filters soft nd and a nd8 by Zomei which i enjoy using 
   and processed in lightroom and photoshop 

This one i took coming back over the fields , i wasn't struck on this photo but was surprised when i put it on face book and people said they liked it

A morning at Lumbsdale

 Had a morning at Lumbsdale falls with a very good friend and is wife Alan Heely and Ann, 
  And what a great morning it was  the sun came out to greet us as we entered the falls

This was the sight what we was greeted with sun beams shinning through the greenery

Sunday afternoon on Stanton moor

 Had a nice walk up on Stanton moor nr  Birchover ,
Nicola, Mark ,Heather and myself oh and Murphy

After the walk we called in at the Boat inn at Cromford 
can recommend this public house for a great meal , great staff 
and a great service and dogs welcome ,will certianly call again 
nice way ti finish off the afternoon with great company

Morning down at the feeding station

Had a change from landscape today(Tuesday) went down the wood to the feeding station didn't have to wait long,

    A friendly Robin dropped in lovely song these little birds have

                This little blue tit was getting stuck in to the feed i put out
                    Always nice to see this chap fly down for the food

Return to Lumbsdale falls

After being stuck in the house for several days with a bug i picked up last week 
 i was ready to get out with the camera, Still feeling a bit rough i decided to go to Lumbsdale for the water falls , 
 The leaves would be falling onto the rocks and would give it a nice look





The following Friday shot over to Chatsworth House as it was a nice day , The sun was shining 
 
Can recommend the place for walking and sight seeing

Alport Heights 

Had a morning at Alport heights Near Wirksworth in Derbyshire 
 Misty morning to start with but the scenes where great to see mist down in the valleys and sunshine above 
               Alpert Heights near Wirksworth terrific views from up here looking over the Staffordshire and Cheshire plains 
         Even the moon stayed up for me this morning
      Saw this mark on the face of Alport stone and took a shot of                it looks like he's looking at the moon
  On my way back home i took a lane i had nether drove down before        and found this view from one of the fields ,also found an electric fence as well set the tripod up and camera, leaned on the fence zap it was electric ,
         but still i think it was worth it

          also found this derelict building which thought it was worth a photo some think about these old buildings which catch the eye got some else planned for this one night a bit later on
