Sunshine , wildlife , coffee, and music

Had a morning down at the Belper river Gardens to have a look at the peregrine falcons ,met a few friends down there while watching the peregrines ,
after feeding the female the male shot off for a fly round and hunt for some food , so time for a coffee withTerry and fiona ,
then it was a walk onto the gardens for some wild life, grey wagtail caught our eye
black headed gull
swan
mallard chilling out 
and as for the music we sat and listened to these ladies playing there instruments in the bandstand , thank you to these ladies for a great entertaining end to a great morning

a evening with the grebes 

Headed down to the local res tonight for some shots of the great crested grebes ,and wasn't disappointed a great night to be out 



it was a nice night to sit down in the setting sun and just watch  the wild life and listen to the sounds of nature

a nice bull rush waiting to be used as nesting material
blossom was looking good as well
 infant i think this calls for another trip down just to keep a eye open for the grebes nesting and young

A BIT OF WILD LIFE, FOR A CHANGE

A bit of a great day so headed down to belper to Wyver lane nature reserve 

Bit of a disagreement going on

,had a half a hour up there then down to to the river gardens for a bit a action 

ha,ha we haven't got a boat

nice to have a bit of fresh air ,

spent a nice hour or so with the wild life on a grey day ,

just hope it gets better fingers crossed

Keswick ,lake district

after being layed up since i got back decided to do some photos of the lake district know i feel a bit better
Had a two night stay at Denton house hostel which i can recommend 
 this was the sight as we walked into Keswick which was a 5 minute walk from Denton house

Next morning a quick up the road to take this old bridge 
Then a quick coffee in the park before we got ready for the journey Back in the blizzard
