a busy Friday up at Bakewell

It was a trip up to Bakewell Friday morning to collect the son in law he took is camper van up to the Bakewell show ground for the Eroica week end of cycling so i went up early and went up to Magpie mine for some photos
Great morning as well very cloudy but a warm wind was blowing
Just taking the photos and it was a great feeling to be the only one up there just the wind blowing and the sounds of the curlews added to the atmosphere of the area

Thought i would do a mono of this view

Just finished taking my photos sitting in the grass relaxing enjoying the views and sounds ,the phone rang it was Paul the son in law he was stuck in the traffic going into the show ground ,so got my gear and shot off down into Bakewell for a coffee and yes some photos of the town geared up for the Eroica week end

Breakfast is served

All that was missing was the Hovis loaf and the little lad
