Back to some wildlife for a change

A bit of a change from landscapes ,after having 3 days sneezing and eyes running i was glad to get out with the camera , ,So it was down to the hide with the 500mm for a change for some wild life 

 Well wrapped up in a nice thermal coat i got set up in the hide a nice flask of hot coffee as well ,First to see was a  couple of herons 

great birds to view and watch was hoping for some flight shots but i think they was more interested in fishing

no such luck so next it was a flight of teal

 Just before a packed up some think caught my eye on the side of the lake 

A egret showed up , nice surprise 

We aint going to get lost in the snow this winter
