Afternoon walk in the woods

Though it would be a change to have a walk in the local woods instead of heading up the peaks , so no Tripod just the back pack and off i set but well wrapped up , Had a chat with Shaun my friend for a bit of advice on what was going on and of i went 

A lovely afternoon sun shine and blue sky

birds where singing it was just nice to stroll through the woods in the sunshine 

Snowdrops where showing up on the banks 

spent a few minutes just sat under a tree listening to the sounds of the birds 

a great sculpture to be found 

and some nice surprises to be found as well from these little chaps

 some great work went into this wood from the community well done to all who helps , It was a pleasure to spend a afternoon enjoying these woods
