SCOTLAND, PART 3

Inverness castle , 

Wednesday that was the day out for the day 

River ness flowing through the city 

bit of shopping in the main centre 

some great wild life in streets 

fancied a shot at this 

on guard , these two little dog where guarding the rucksack of the owner inside  having a burger

 Then it was off back the scenic route to the hotel down Loch Ness 

but not before a quick shot down the river Ness from the castle 

didn't see Nessie on the way back

 then back to the hotel 
NEXT DAY
       OBAN

on the way to Oban, across Glencoe

one of the most photographed cottages in Scotland

and a stop at Lochs&glens sister hotel Loch Awe

Scotland part 1

Ben Nevis mountain range , from the Caledonian canal ,this was on the Monday we arrived in Fort William after leaving Derbyshire covered in snow with roads closed ,

Then it was off down to Fort William for a walk round
